Clean slate.

I need focus. On Thursday, 10 May 2012, I am beginning a 21 day cycle of clean eating, a reset. I’m cooking through my pantry and fridge the items I won’t need between then and the 30th. No alcohol, no caffeine, almost nothing that doesn’t need refrigeration. I’m excited. I can’t get my act together with exercising it seems, so I decided to go this route instead. Maybe drop a few pounds, feel a little less puffy and dragged down, and then get cracking with the sweating. And help other people do the same.
